Search, Seizure, and Search Warrants

Learn to author search warrants associated with vehicle searches, narcotics seizures, warrantless searches, body intrusions, digital devices (cell phones/computers/social media), and special circumstances. Students will also write search warrants based upon scenarios and participate in practical exercises inclusive of all phases of the search warrant process.
